All Niris hosting packages support the latest technologies you may require from a web host. The major ones being:-

Payment Imformation

To reduce costs Niris Computer Services currently only supports payment with paypal. Paypal is an easy, safe and secure payment service. If you are currently not signed up, click here to go to paypal.

Datacenter Facilities

Our servers our situated in the USA at The Planet Data Centre. Take a look at at the excellent facilities and have peace of mind chosing us as your web hosting company. The Planet datacenters offer complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity, and security. It's a level of convenience and access that cannot be found anywhere else.

Domain Registration

Niris does not currently offer domain registration, we simply cannot compete on prices offered by the big companies out there. We recommenend registering your domain at the following companies and then it is a simple process to point the DNS settings to us, to host your site here.

DNS Settings

Once you have registered your domain name with your chosen company you need to alter the DNS settings so that it points to the hosting you have here at niris. It sounds complicated but it is a simple process of adding our name servers (ns3.niris.co.uk and ns4.niris.co.uk in this example) where you are asked for alternate DNS servers.

Support Information

Quickest support method for your hosting is to use the built in ticket system within the H-Sphere control system. If do not currently have hosting with us, please contact us at support@niris.co.uk, if you have any technical questions. Due to our affordable hosting rates we do currently offer phone support, but emails and support tickets will be answered within 24 hours (although we aim for a lot less than that!).
